Keija Kaarina Parssinen was fantastic today at the Osher Saturday Morning Book Talk. Her discussion of her writing style and her new book, The Unraveling of Mercy Louis, was thought-provoking and inspiring. Steve Weinberg joined her to add insight from a non-fiction biographer's perspective and to provide prompt questions. A great format for the Q&A, a wonderful atmosphere, and a delightful experience hearing about Keija's journey as a writer and her unique viewpoints on the craft of fiction. What a refreshing way to start the weekend!
