The Wait Is Over!

The wait is over! The Reckoning (The James Women Trilogy Book 3) is officially here! The release date was supposed to be October 31st, but I like surprises, so I decided to release it early. The saga of the James women comes to a crazy close after three years of working with these beloved characters. When I finished the final book, I was very emotional. I feel like these women are my friends, and I am sad to see them leave, but we all must move on with our lives :)

So, without further ado, here's to the James women and the final book of their story! Hope you enjoy the homestretch of their journey.

Last weekend I participated in Evangel University's Homecoming. It was fantastic to return to my Alma mater and see everyone and meet with both students and alumni who are interested in writing. I had the opportunity to present at a Creative Writing class for students, an Alumni Authors' Book Fair and Signing event, and a Creative Writing Q&A for alumni. As always, it was invigorating to discuss writing, publishing, and promotion. The students and alumni had tremendous questions, comments, insights, and creative ideas. There's nothing quite like the energy and inspiration that comes from those who share a passion and love for writing!
